North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Health Care Partnership seek to commission Care at Home providers to join a transformative framework to deliver care and support for adults and children with care and support needs across North Lincolnshire.

The contract is expected to commence on 22nd September 2025 starting with a period of mobilisation. The contract will be in operation for a period of 72 months with the option to extend the terms and conditions for a further period or periods or up to 48 months, subject to contract performance.
